Cara paling mudah agar telinga tidak terserang penyakit
yaitu dengan membersihkannya. Membersihkan telinga harus
dengan teliti dan hati-hati, bisa jadi salah-salah bukannya
menjadi bersih, telinga malah mengalami infeksi.

Maka dari itu anda harus mengetahui cara membersihkan telinga
dengan baik dan benar. Anda dapat membersihkan telinga dengan
bahan-bahan dibawah ini.

1. Hidrogen Perosida

   Hidrogen perosida memang terkenal sebagai pembersih lubang
telinga. Caranya sangat gampang. Campur satu hingga 2 sendok teh
hidrogen perosida dengan air hangat secukupnya saja, kemudian 
teteskan ke telinga. Miringkan kepala hingga beberapa menit.
keluarkan campuran tersebut dari telinga dengan memiringkan 
kepala ke arah sebaliknya. Hidrogen perosida berfungsi melunakan 
kotoran telinga sehingga hidrogen perosida yg keluar dari telinga
akan ikut serta membawa kotoran telinga.

2. Cuka Putih dan Alkohol

    Cara membersihkan telinga menggunakan cuka putih dan alkohol yaitu
dengan mencampurkan keduannya. Takaran untuk cuka putih adalah beberapa 
tetes saja, untuk alkohol gunakan secukupnya.  teteskan campuran tersebut 
kedalam telinga kemudian miringkan kepala sekitar satu menitan.
Setelah itu keluarkan cairan tersebut dengan memiringkan kepala ke arah 
sebaliknya, maka dapat dirasakan telinga anda bersih dari kotoran teling.

cara diatas merupakan salah satu contoh cara membersihkan telinga dengan 
aman, karena menurut penelitian membersihka telinga menggunakan cutton bud
sanga tidak aman bagi telinga karena dapat mengakibatkan infeksi.
