Makanan Pemicu Sakit Kepala

Anda sering mengalami sakit kepala tiba-tiba.
Waspadalah mungkin sakit kepala tersebut
disebabkan oleh makanan yang anda makan.




Makanan memang mengandung zat-zat yang
dibutuhkan oleh tubuh, tetapi ada juga zat-zat
yang buruk bagi tubuh yang dikandung makanan
makanan tersebut.


Berikut adalah makanan makanan yang dapat
memicu sakit kepala.

1. Cabai atau Bubuk Cabai

     Di Indonesia banyak sekali makanan yang 
bersifat pedas. Pedas pada makanan di hasilkan oleh cabai.
Bahkan bila makan tanpa ada cabai maka rasanya kurang afdol.

Capcaisin pada cabai dapat menyebabkan sakit kepala
tetapi hal ini belum terbukti sepenuhnya, jadi konsumsi lah
cabai dengan bijak.

2. Daging

    Daging menjadi makanan yang sudah familiar.
Bahkan daging selalu ada pada berbagai jenis masakan
Indonesia.

Daging dapat menyebabkan sakit kepala jika
mengandung pengawet. Pengawet yang biasa digunakan 
yaitu Nitrat dan Nitrit. 

3. Kopi

    Kopi sudah ada sejak jaman dahulu, dan sudah menjadi
minuman sehari-hari sebagian orang saat akan memulai hari.

kurang tidur dan sakit kepala yang berkepanjangan.

4. Buah Sitrus

   Buah Sitrus adalah buah-buahan yang memiliki rasa asam.
Buah sitrus yaitu buah jeruk, kiwi, anggur, dan sebagainya.

Buah sitrus mengandung kombinasi tyramine dan histamin
yang dapat memicu sakit kepala bagi sebagian orang.
Tetapi buah sitrus juga bermanfaat bagi tubuh.
