Manfaat Mengkonsumsi Pisang

tubuh. Pisang adalah buah tropis yang banyak ditemukan di Indonesia.
Pisang kaya akan mineral seperti kalium, magnesium, fosfor, kalsium,
dan besi. Pisang sangat bermanfaat bagi tubuh karena pisang dapat
seluruhnya di cerna oleh tubuh,




Pisang memiliki berbagai manfaat yang berguna bagi tubuh.
Apa sajakah manfaat pisang bagi tubuh?.
Berikut adalah manfaat pisang bagi tubuh.


1. Mencegah Penimbunan Lemak

     Pisang kaya akan kolin dan vitamin B, keduannya dipercaya mampu
mencegah penyimpanan lemak pada bagian-bagian tubuh, serta dapat
mengoptimalkan pembakaran lemak.

2. Mencegah Perut Kembung

    Pisang memiliki berbagai kandungan mineral yang baik untuk tubuh.
Mengkonsumsi pisang secara rutin dapat mencegah perut kembung dan
mengurangi penumpukan gas di perut, ha ini di karenakan pisang yang
dikonsumsi akan meninggkatkan bakteri baik dalam usus dan mengurangi
gas pada perut.

3. Mencegah Diabetes

    Pisang mengandung kadar gula yang rendah. Pisang juga membantu 
memperlambat penyerapan gula yang masuk kedalam tubuh sehingga
menurunkan resiko diabetes.

4. Sebagai Makanan Diet

     Pisang mengandung zat potasium, zat ini membantu mencegah retensi air
dalam tubuh sehingga mengurangi pembengkakan. Mengkonsumsi pisang juga
dapat meningkatkan kontraksi otot dan pertumbuhan otot, hal ini cocok bagi 
yang ingin memiliki otot yang seksi. 

5. Mencegah Insomnia

    Pisang kaya akan asam amino, asam amino dapat membantu pembentukan
hormon melatonin, hormon ini dapat membantu anda untuk tidur dengan nyenyak.

6. Menghilangkan Kolesterol Jahat

    Kolesterol jahat banyak terkandung dalam makanan yang kita konsumsi sekarang.
kolesterol ini sangat buruk akibatnya bila masuk kedalam tubuh, kolesterol jahat
tidak dapat sepenuhnya dicerna oleh tubuh, jadi kolesterol jahat akan menumpuk pada
aliran darah dan terjadi penyumbatan pembuluh darah. Pisang mengandung pitosterol
yang membantu menghilangkan kolesterol dari dalam tubuh sehingga tubuh akan terbebas
dari kolesterol jahat yang menumpuk.

Sebenarnya pisang memiliki seribu manfaat, Pisang juga memiliki harga yang bersahabat
maka alternatif buah yang cocok bagi kesehatan adalah pisang.
